By default, items are delivered by:
- SF Express in Hong Kong
- SpeedPost (international post) for international orders

We can ship to any region in the world with standard postal services.

Contact us to request shipping via alternative couriers. Any additional charges must be borne by the customer.

Free local shipping for orders above $500 HKD.

A flat rate of $30 HKD will be charged for all orders below $500 HKD.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, Hong Kong orders may take 2~7 days to be delivered. International orders may take around 1 month to arrive depending on local circumstances.

Under normal circumstances, your items will be delivered within 3 working days for Hong Kong, or 8 working days for International orders (via SpeedPost).

You can track your order and check the estimated arrival date using the tracking number sent to your email.

Orders are usually processed on the next business day from Monday to Friday and are shipped within 48 hours. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and days when Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted. For orders placed outside business days, items will be shipped out on the next business day.

If you have not received your item(s) within 7 days for Hong Kong, or 21 working days for International orders, contact us.

All orders are posted from Hong Kong.

Botamedi Hong Kong will not be held liable for unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

For items that are not successfully delivered due to incorrect addresses or recipient details provided by the customer, we will charge an additional reshipment fee of $40 HKD for orders shipped to Hong Kong addresses, or a fee determined by the courier for international orders.

Botamedi Hong Kong is not liable for unsuccessful delivery due to:
- any loss, theft or delay of packages during shipping
- unsuccessful delivery due to incorrect addresses or recipient details provided by the customer
- in case of force majeure (including acts of war, floods, earthquakes, restraint(s) of government, strikes, epidemics or any other cause over which Botamedi Hong Kong has no control).
