To request an exchange, send us back the item(s) together with the Returns Form within 10 working days of the date of receipt. The Returns Form can be found inside the original package.
We only allow exchange for damaged, pre-opened packaging or wrong item(s) received. Botamedi will bear all postage costs.
Botamedi Hong Kong is not liable for purchases made through any third parties. All requests for exchanges in such cases will be duly declined.
