배송 정책

To prevent unsuccessful delivery, please track your order regularly and ensure a person is present to receive your order.

International Shipping
We provide international shipping to any regions with standard postal services.

*We do not ship to Korea.

Shipping Options
By default, items are delivered by SF Express in Hong Kong, and SpeedPost for international orders.

If you prefer other couriers such as DHL or FedEx, please leave the courier name and your account details in the Special Requests before checkout. Any additional costs must be borne by the customer.

Delivery fees

HONG KONG

  • Free shipping for orders above 500 HKD to Hong Kong addresses.
  • A flat rate of 30 HKD will be charged for all orders below 500 HKD.

INTERNATIONAL​

  • See Shipping Fees for detailed rates.
  • Tax is not included for international shipments.

Delivery time
Generally, your items will be delivered within 3 working days for Hong Kong, or 8 working days for International orders (SpeedPost).

You can track your order and see the estimated arrival date online using the tracking number sent to your email.

Orders are usually processed on the next business day from Monday to Friday and are shipped within 48 hours. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and days when Black Rainstorm Warning or Tropical Cyclone Warning Signal No.8 or above is hoisted. For orders made outside business days, items will be shipped out on the next business day.

If you have not received your item(s) within 7 days for Hong Kong, or 21 working days for International orders, contact us.

All orders will be posted from Central, Hong Kong. Please note that delivery times may be longer depending on your location (e.g. Hong Kong remote areas, Brazil and Russia).

Tracking
We will email you the tracking number once we have shipped your order. Please add info@botamedihk.com to your contact list and check the spam folder if you cannot find it.

PO Boxes
We can ship to valid PO Boxes for orders above 500 HKD and international orders. Only non-registered (non-tracked) post will be used as this is the only method that does not require a signature on receipt. Botamedi Hong Kong will not be held liable for unsuccessful delivery for whatever reason.

Unsuccessful delivery
For items that are not successfully delivered due to wrong addresses provided by the customer, we will charge an additional reshipment fee of 40 HKD for orders shipped to Hong Kong addresses, or a fee determined by the courier for international orders.
